Okay, so I keep reading diaries that have reviews of CoS so I thought I'd add my own.

Um. Oh yeah, and it's a SPOILER in case you're stupid and haven't seen it yet (curse you!)

All in all, it's pretty good. Saw it three times. Not as good the third time, really... kind of lost it's touch. (Unlike LoTR which I will prolly be seeing 9 times like FoTR.. can't wait!!!!)

Anyway, the review. I liked it. Dobby was awesome, although he was quite different than I imagined... I thought his voice would be squeakier. And, honestly, Dudley is not NEAR fat enough. How are they going to make him the size of a table by next movie? Hmph. The flying car scene was good, it was funny when Dursley fell out of the window *smirk*.

Loved The Burrow, but wished they showed more of it. Didn't like Mr Weasley at the beginning, but am getting used to him (I guess there aren't many red headed British actors you can find to play the part...). LOL Ginny coming down and seeing Harry was excellent. Loved the expression. And Errol flying into the window was priceless.

Thought the scene in Knockturn Alley was a bit ackward, but that could just be me.

Also, when Harry met Hermione the dialogue was way too ackward. I found that to be a problem throughout the entire movie. When they were talking they seemed really nervous and unnatural, not like they were really good friends. (Or maybe I'm just way too picky).

Now my main pet peeve in the movie was Lockhart. What a bad choice for him!! I didn't like him at all. First of all, his smile was awful!!!! (How could he win Witch Weekly's award with THAT?), and he wasn't nearly as full of himself as he should've been.

Malfoy was *perfect*. Reminded me of Elrond in LoTR.

The part at the school was pretty good. Only a few pet peeves that I had (Justin whateverhislastnameis is in Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw isn't he? I didn't think he was in Gryffindor but he was in the classroom with Gryffindor and Slytherin in Transfiguration, also absolutely hated Hermione's tale of woe being called a mudblood. How hard would it be to make Hagrid explain it?)

The spiders were evil, and I won't talk about them. *shudders*.. haha, except for Ron was absolutely hilarious with the "H-h-h-h-arr-r-r-y-y-y... c-c-can we g-g-g-go n-now????" (which is EXACTLY what I would be doing).

Moaning Myrtle was perfect for the role. Thought it was funny when Harry (as Goyle) was wearing glasses and Malfoy says "... I didn't know you can read". And in the slytherin common room when Malfoy said "Is this yours?... *puts in pocket*" hehehe.

At the end, Tom Riddle was v. hot. :D Excellent. Basalisk was v. good.

Absolutely HATED HATED HATED the ending of the book: Hagrid comes in. *silence*. Hagrid has emotional hug with Harry *huge uproarious applause*

WHAT? Why the fuck didn't they applaud when he came in? It looked like they were applauding the reuniting of Hagrid with Harry, Hermione and Ron. Why wouldn't they applaud Harry for what he did? Honestly, I don't think that part made sense (also, didn't like Ron and Hermione being so ackward with the hugging).

Hugest pet peeve ever? When Harry was in Dumbeldore's office and he PICKS UP THE SWORD BY THE BLADE! Whaaaaa?? He just stabbed a snake with it, so obviously it is sharp, yet he *grips* the bottom of the blade and holds it up, then *runs his finger down the edge of it*. *SMACKS DIRECTOR IN HEAD* couldn't they have caught that part?

Finally, the end with Dobby was great, especially with Harry lifting up his robes to show the missing sock. And when Malfoy got angry, I could've sworn he said "Avada---" which leads me to believe he was trying to Avada Kedavra Harry, which isn't cool. thankfully Dobby kicked his arse :) bwahahaha.

Well. Yes, that's my review. Mostly it was good. I would give it 4/5. :)
