Am getting better, slowly but surely. Called in sick last night. Was *huge* fiasco. Don't think they could inflict anymore stress on a person when said person is already sick.

C to Kris: "I can't come in tonight I'm sick"
Kris: "What are you talking about? It's Friday night! We can't deal with 15 minions working! WE NEED 16!!! It's a matter of life or death!!"
C: "But Kris I've been sick all week and I think I might faint if I have to stand up for more than 2 minutes (let alone 6 hours)."
Kris: "But.. but.. you can't! We need you! We must make money! Even though if you came in sick you'd probably make half the guests sick anyway! Go call people to take your shift"

So bloody irritating.

But finally, I got out of the shift and spent the night watching designer shows on HGTV and Life *g* I'm such a dork :D

Am working today at 2 though. *nods*. Kris told me to call to let Abe know if I was coming in or not. Said someone would be there from 10:00 on. Have called 3 times. No answer. I think the phone number I have is faulty.
