Alright. Hi. No, I'm not dead. I'm just incredibly, incredibly busy... plus, I have to write a journal for Writer's Craft this year and it's too much of a hassle to write things twice, so DL is going to be getting shafted for awhile. Anyway, there's really not that much that you've been missing out on lately. Just school and work and stuff. No new crushes (just the old ones, a few people at work, but nothing really significant.. Dan, Chase, maybe Ryan..). Nothing different on the friends situation.. we're still the same as ever. Oh!!!! But I did get a kitten!! He's SO cute. He's small and fluffy and black (except for a ring of grey around his neck and a stripe of grey down his belly). He came with the name Smokey, but we didn't like that name (it's to used). I wanted to call him Frodo, but we settled on Arlo instead. (Arlo #2 in my household... my gerbil is also called Arlo, but I let them name Kitten arlo, because I hardly ever call my gerbils by name). SO yeah, he's SO cute. The rest of the animals aren't quite used to him yet. Sunny (the golden retriever) is just completely ignoring him and runs away whenever he gets near her (you'd think she wouldn't be so scared seeing as she's like 10 times his height). Cheeko (the b&w longhaired cat) has gotten the closest to him. The only reason she's nervous is that she is almost blind so she gets jumpy when he is running around all the time. Splotch (the tabby cat) is still bitter about Cheeko arriving (which was like 6 years ago) and he's just completely pissed off that there is a new kitten to irritate him. I hope he doesn't leave home like his mother Joey did :( So yeah, it's so cute to have a kitten in the house. That's about the only interesting thing happening right now. Well, I will have more to tell you tomorrow though, because tonight Jen, Ashlee and I are going to see Our Lady Peace at London's new arena the John Labbat Centre. Our seats are in S113 so that's not too bad. I can't wait. I mean, I was in the 300s for my last DMB concert @ ACC and I could see perfectly, so I think we'll be fine. Anyway, some neighbours are coming over in about half an hour to look at pics of my parents trip to Europe and I'm wearing really really old jeans, a baggy Western t, and my hair is a complete disaster so I'm gonna go get myself presentable. Have a great Thanksgiving weekend, everyone :) PS: To all you ring people bitching at me.. they're up now, are you happy?
